Student Proposals

Students should submit an Internship Proposal.

Each academic department will set any particular requirements regarding the format of student proposals. It is the responsibility of your department to make students aware of those requirements.

Students will submit an internship proposal, including a resume, in the format required by the department to the internship faculty instructor and secure all necessary approvals before beginning the internship. The proposal should include how the internship will relate to the student’s career goals, as well as their specific expectations of the internship experience. (What the student hopes to learn and gain from the experience).

Upon completion of the internship the student should submit an internship portfolio as documentation of efforts in completing internship requirements.
