Eligibility Requirements

Is every Bloomsburg student eligible to participate in an internship?

There are several eligibility requirements that you must meet in order to participate in an internship as a Bloomsburg undergraduate student.

Minimum GPA

You must have earned a minimum of a 2.0 GPA. This criteria may be higher in your department. Please check with your advisor for additional information on this requirement.

Academic Prerequisites

You must have completed all prerequisites required by your department. This may include completion of a number of credits or specific course work, or admission to your major. Talk to your academic advisor to find out what the prerequisites are for your department and field of study.

What if I don’t meet the requirements?

If an internship is required in your program of study, but you do not meet the requirements for participation, you will need to meet with your advisor.
