Student Success Stories!

Matt Coombe- Political Science

Blog 1
I am so nervous about my internship in Washington DC. I do not know what to expect. It will be a new adventure for me in which I am excited. There are so many new things that I will be doing. It might take a week or two to adjust to some of the changes. Such as public transportation, being on my own, working in a more professional setting and cooking my own food. I hope that I am able to do all that I need to and manage to have fun in the process. I have so many questions because I am interested in all that it is. My life now is busy going to school full time and work part time and I never have any or much free time at times. I just hope that I will not make a fool of myself in front of some important people who can help me with my future career. I know that I will do my best while I am down there and I will walk away much better than I did going in.
